FAQ

1. What does the collaboration process with you look like?

The process begins with an initial consultation, where we get to know your wishes, style, and needs. This is followed by a concept proposal, design development, material selection, creation of 3D visualizations (if needed), and finalization of technical drawings. Upon request, we also oversee the project execution.

2. Do you work only on residential spaces or also commercial projects?

We work on both residential and commercial spaces – from apartments and houses to offices, serviced apartments, and boutique properties.

3. Can I hire only consultations, without the full project?

Yes, we also offer consultation services if you need professional advice on layout, colors, materials, or furniture selection.

4. Do you take on projects online if we are not in the same city?

Yes. Remote collaboration is possible – all phases, from consultations to delivery of technical documentation, can be conducted online.

5. How long does the interior design project take?

Project duration depends on complexity. Smaller spaces may take around 30 working days, while more complex projects can take 60–90 working days.

6. Do you collaborate with contractors?

Yes. We have a trusted team of skilled craftsmen and collaborators we have worked with for years, but we can also work with your contractors if you already have them.

7. What is the price range for interior design services?

Pricing is determined individually, depending on the area, scope of services, and project phases included. Feel free to contact us for a non-binding quote via the contact form!

8. Can I hire you just for a concept design, without technical drawings?

Yes. If you only need a concept design with a concept solution, we can provide just that phase.

9. Do I need to have specific ideas before contacting you?

You don't need to have everything fully defined. It's enough to know your preferred style and support it with a few inspirational images. Based on our discussion, we will create a proposal that fits your wishes and lifestyle.

10. What documentation should I prepare before starting the collaboration?

For a successful start, it is helpful to prepare the following:

• Floor plan of the space (if possible in PDF or CAD format)

• Photos of the existing condition

• Plans of all installations (electricity, water, gas, HVAC)

• Details about your wishes, needs, and budget

• Color and style preferences, if available

This documentation helps us better understand your space and desires to create the best possible design. If you don't have all this information, it's not a problem. We can visit the site, take necessary measurements, and create a floor plan based on the actual space.

11. When is the right time to hire an interior designer?

The ideal time to contact us is as early as possible, even during the planning phase or before construction begins. If the space is already under construction, it's important to allow enough time to coordinate all necessary details, such as installations, windows, doors, and other elements. In any case, the earlier, the better, so we can select the best solutions for your space.
